The Master Lock 2866DAT offers a versatile locking solution with its 1/2in (13mm) and 5/8in (16mm) Swivel Head receiver locks. The receiver lock incorporates a Push to Lock locking mechanism, allowing for easy locking by firmly pushing the lock body onto the pin and removing the key. The Weather Tough seal and water tight cap provide additional protection from moisture and dirt, while the 4-pin cylinder enhances pick resistance for added security.

The receiver lock offers enhanced security and theft deterrence during towing. The 1/2 in. trailer hitch locking pin is rated up to 3,500 lbs (Class I and II), while the 5/8 in. trailer hitch locking pin is rated up to 10,000 lbs (Class III and IV), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of towing applications.

The locking head can rotate 360 degrees, allowing the keyway to be conveniently positioned. The push-to-lock locking mechanism ensures a secure lock every time, with the user simply needing to push the head firmly onto the pin and remove the key.

To protect against the elements, the product includes a snap-on cover that provides weather resistance and prevents dirt and moisture from entering the keyway. The four-pin cylinder adds an extra layer of security to prevent lock picking.

The 5/8 in. (16 mm) Diameter pin fits 2 in. (51 mm) Receiver Tubes, Class III/IV, while the 1/2 in. (13 mm) Diameter pin fits 1-1/4 in. (32 mm) Receiver tubes, Class II. The usable length of each chrome hitch pin lock is 2-3/4 in. (70 mm).
